The Residenza Parisi, situated in front of the Grand Canal and built in the year 2000, is the new part of the nearby Hotel Santa Chiara, to which it’s directly adjoined. In fact, this small building, which is in no way inferior to the more renowned Hotel Santa Chiara, has been classified as first class. The guests, who will be able to take advantage of the nearby private parking, will be welcomed and greeted for their check-in and breakfast at the Hotel Santa Chiara. Facing the Grand Canal, less than a hundred meters from the Hotel Santa Chiara, which is the main building of this complex, Parisi Residence is found only few steps away from the main train station and all the public transport lines and taxis, waterbuses and mainland buses. It offers 12 rooms equipped with shower, satellite TV, air-conditioning and central heating, minibar, safe, piped music, phone, hairdryer. This hotel is situated opposite the Grand Canal on the Piazzale Roma. The annexed Residenza Parisi is 100 metres from the main building. The train station is only 5 minutes away, whilst waterborne transport departs from a stop right next to the hotel. Restaurants, bars and shops are within 5 minutes of the hotel. The nearest beach (the Lido) is approximately 3 km away. In front of the building there is a bus stop and a taxi stand, meaning that guests enjoy easy access to the airport. Renovated in 2000, this air-conditioned hotel occupies a 500 year-old town palace and includes 40 rooms (28 in the main building and 12 in the annex, the new part of the hotel) spread over parts of the building. The neighbouring building is only 100 m from the historical main building (a porter service is offered free of charge). The inviting lobby offers guests a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange desk and 40 hotel safes in the 4-storey main building. In addition, there is an American style bar, 2 lifts and a café for hotel guests. Furthermore, there is a public Internet terminal, a breakfast and 2 conference rooms available within the impressive hotel.
