Very good accommodation solution, comfortable and charming, even if not offering many of the modern comforts such as air conditioning or mini-bar. This property is made of two buildings. The annexe is about 20m away from main building. Excellent value for money. Rooms are exceptionally spacious for Venice capacity and some rooms can easily accommodate large families of 5 or 6 members. They are pleasantly and elegantly decorated and furnished in a luxurious Venetian style, typical of a superior class hotel. Rooms and bathrooms have been recently renovated and are in very good condition. There are only a few essential amenities. Breakfast is served in the room on prior arrangement between the guest and the host. There is a small reception area in traditional style that opens up to a large flight of stairs that lead to the rooms and to the beautiful, large drawing room typical of Venetian palaces.
