Hotel opened in Jul 09, even if the common spaces are small the rooms are very pretty an functional and the location is good for easily reaching Venice. (CQ 08/09) The rooms are in excellent condition, they are furnished in contemporary style and equipped with all the modern comforts such as air conditioning, satellite TV, internet connection, minibar, safe, hairdryer. The bathrooms are quite stylish as well with golden mosaic on the shower area. Lobby is small. Typical white 2 storey building in keeping with the surroundings There is a tiny breakfast area where a cold buffet is served. The hotel is situated in Venice Mestre, 3 minutes' walk from the railway station and 10 minutes from the centre. Venice's old town centre can be reached in 10-15 minutes: buses stop every 15 minutes in front of the hotel and trains leave every 5 minutes from the train station, 200 m from the hotel.
